Craft Beer Spot Hathor, a beer pub in Osaka, has published its draft beer list for October 25, 2026. The lineup covers lagers, white and fruit beers, ales, IPAs, and black beers, with 12 selections in total.

A featured pour is Mosaic Session IPA from Karl Strauss. The recipe originated with brewer Sean Albrecht and was developed through the brewery’s small-batch Tank Tap test program. Double dry-hopping brings a pronounced grapefruit aroma along with citrus and tropical-fruit flavors. Wheat contributes a light body and crisp finish. At 5.5% ABV and 45 IBU, it is designed to be highly drinkable.

Kurikuro from Miyazaki Hideji Beer is another recommended selection. This export-oriented dark beer uses locally grown Miyazaki chestnuts as an adjunct and has a fuller 9.0% ABV profile.

The IPA section includes Fresh Hop IPA 2026 and Fresh Hop IPA 2026 Real Ale Version from Shigakogen Beer, as well as Silence of the Cats from Ise Kadoya Beer. Tasting the two Fresh Hop versions side by side should offer an interesting comparison of serving styles.

Other beers on the list are Jukusen from Asahi Beer; Crispy Cozy Minoh Mash, a Deschutes × Minoh Beer collaboration; KASUMI, Berry Wheat, Honey Strawberry Milk, and KURO Ichigo from T.Y. Harbor; and Memory Field from Nara Brewing × Flora Fermentation. Hathor’s broad selection makes it a suitable stop for exploring different beer styles in one visit.
