New Drafts on October 24
CraftBeerSpot Hathor, a beer pub in Osaka’s Kyobashi area, has announced a new draft lineup for October 24, 2026. The pub is known for its 16 taps, rotating craft beer selection and house-smoked food, making it a convenient stop for tasting different styles alongside a meal.
The main highlight is Crisp Cozy Minoh Mash / Deschutes × Minoh Beer. This koji rice lager was brewed as a collaboration with Minoh Beer. Bright lemon and lime-like citrus notes meet rice-derived umami and floral spice, creating a light, delicate and polished finish. The beer was brewed toward the 2026 edition of Fuji to Hood, a cultural event pairing breweries and cideries from Japan and Oregon.
Also newly opened is Memory Field / Nara Brewing × Flora Fermentation, a Kölsch brewed with spelt wheat grown at Flora Fermentation’s own farm and freshly harvested rosemary from Shiga. Rosemary brings green, lightly sweet and conifer-like freshness to the clean Kölsch base, while orange peel adds a citrus link between the herb and the yeast character. It drinks crisp when cold, with more herbal nuance emerging as it warms.
The tap list also features Mosaic Session IPA / Karl Strauss, offering grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit notes despite its moderate alcohol level. Hop-focused choices from Shiga Kogen Beer include Fresh Hop IPA 2026 and Fresh Hop IPA 2026 Real Ale ver.
For fruit-forward options, guests can choose Berry Wheat, made with raspberry, or Honey Strawberry Milk. Dark beer fans may want to try Kurikuro / Miyazaki Hideji Beer, brewed with Miyazaki chestnuts and roasted barley for coffee-like roast, refined chestnut aroma and a substantial body. With its broad selection and smoked-food pairing potential, Hathor is a worthwhile destination for exploring the day’s beers in Osaka.
