Banrinoharu Brewery in Tondabayashi, Osaka, has announced “Nomi no Ichi,” scheduled for October 3, 2026. The event was announced on the brewery’s Instagram. Details such as the exact hours and beer lineup should be checked through the brewery’s official channels before visiting.

Banrinoharu traces its roots to a sake brewery known for the Banrinoharu brand, which had been enjoyed in Osaka’s southern Kawachi area since the early Meiji period. After the original brewery closed in the late 1970s, the historic building was renovated and brought back to life as a craft brewery and beer hall.

Water is one of the brewery’s defining features. According to its official website, Banrinoharu uses well water from the brewery site in Tondabayashi’s Jinaimachi district. The water is fed by abundant underground flows sourced from Mount Kongo and was once referred to locally as “golden water.” That connection to the land, combined with the building’s sake-brewing history, forms an important part of the brewery’s identity.

The attached beer hall allows guests to enjoy fresh beer while viewing the brewing equipment. “Nomi no Ichi” is expected to offer an opportunity to experience Banrinoharu’s beers in the atmosphere of the renovated brewery, bringing together local history and contemporary craft brewing.

The venue is located at 21-22 Tondabayashicho, Tondabayashi, Osaka. Beer fans planning to attend should confirm the latest event information with Banrinoharu Brewery before making the trip.
