Choshi Beer’s station-front crowdfunding enters final two days, with next goal set at 8.88 million yen
The crowdfunding campaign for Choshi Beer’s new station-front store in Choshi City, Chiba, has entered its final two days. In an Instagram post, the brewery thanked supporters and said its next goal is 8.88 million yen.
A station-front flagship store for Choshi
Choshi Beer, run by Choshi Cheers in Choshi City, Chiba, is currently advancing the crowdfunding project titled “Choshi Station Front: Let’s build the new Choshi Beer storefront together” on CAMPFIRE. In its Instagram post, the brewery announced that only two days remained in the campaign, thanked supporters, and set a next goal of 8.88 million yen.
A place for the first drink of the trip, and an everyday stop
According to the company’s announcement, the new store will be located about a 90-second walk from Choshi Station and is scheduled to open on September 19, 2026. The concept is to create a place where visitors can enjoy their first drink after arriving in town, while locals can drop in after work or when meeting friends. It is designed not just as a sales point, but as a hub that brings movement and connection to the station area.
A place built together with supporters
The project also plans to display supporter names on a board inside the finished store. That makes it more than a place to visit after the fact; backers can feel involved in the store’s creation itself. Choshi Beer has long focused on building spaces that reflect the appeal of Choshi and connect people, and this station-front expansion is a natural extension of that effort.
The crowdfunding campaign ends on June 26.
