Choshi Beer schedules BEETO1 preview event for Sept. 8 after weather-related change
Choshi Beer will hold a BEETO1 preview event for local residents and workers on Tuesday, Sept. 8, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event was rescheduled because of bad weather and will showcase the brewery’s new station-area location in Choshi.
Choshi Beer has announced a preview event at its new station-area shop, BEETO1. According to the Instagram post, the schedule was changed because of bad weather, and the event is now set for Tuesday, Sept. 8, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is planned as a special preview for people who live or work in Choshi. The venue is 15-28 Nishishiba-cho, Choshi City, Chiba, about a 90-second walk from Choshi Station.
Choshi Beer is a craft brewery based in Choshi, Chiba Prefecture. On its official site, the brewery says its logo is inspired by the first sunrise seen in Japan and that it brews beer with the idea of making everyday life a little better. It also operates a direct shop and brewery in Japan’s easternmost area, building a brand closely tied to the local community.
The brewery is known for beers such as Choshi Ale, which pairs with local fish, as well as the award-winning Inubosaki Black IPA and Inubosaki White IPA. BEETO1 adds a new touchpoint for that lineup, placing the brand even closer to the station area.
With the grand opening still ahead, the preview event will serve as an early look at how Choshi Beer is expanding its presence in the city. Its convenient location should make it an easy stop for residents and commuters alike.
