Exhibiting at Makuhari BEER FEST for Two Days

Nori's Beer, a craft beer specialty shop in Ichikawamisato Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, will have a booth at "Makuhari BEER FEST," held on May 5 and 6 at Toyosuna Park in Aeon Mall Makuhari Shintoshin, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture. At the venue, the shop plans to sell six taps of draft beer and bottled beer at the same time, delivering beer to visitors during the latter half of Golden Week.

The shop is known as the first craft beer specialty store in Yamanashi's Kyonan region. On its official website, it offers seasonal fruit beers as well as American pale ales, amber ales, and beers made with yuzu. Its lineup is characterized by a focus on balancing drinkability and aroma while making the most of Yamanashi's local ingredients.

At the root of Nori's Beer lies an encounter with vast hop fields seen in California in 2015. A conversation that took place in a car heading to San Francisco gave birth to the brewery's name and led to brewing in a garage, a story that well reflects the background of the shop's craftsmanship. This booth appearance is also notable as an opportunity for a brewery with such a history to deliver its beer directly at an event in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

In a post, the brewery announced that the taproom will be closed from May 1 to 4, and that it will remain open without休み from May 5 to 10. It seems likely to become a way for people to enjoy both a drink at the event venue and one at the Yamanashi shop.
