KAWASAKI Craft Beer Stand by Tokaido Beer, located inside Kawasaki Azalea, the underground shopping arcade directly connected to Kawasaki Station, published its tap list for Thursday, April 30. As of 5:10 p.m., 18 labels were on tap, with a lineup centered on Tokaido BEER and rounded out by a strong selection of guest beers from both inside and outside the prefecture.
From Tokaido BEER, the lineup included the core offerings "1623," "Black Relaxation," "Light Crimson Pretext," and "Meeting of the Malts," along with "Guava," "Tamakujaku," "Floating in Black," and "UTAMARO ALE." Also served was a collaboration with Mugi Bar, "Mugi Bar 2nd Anniversary Kinako-Color Fluffy Hazy." The brewery's own character was well represented, while the style range remained broad.
The guest selection was just as noteworthy. On tap were North Alps Brewery's "Hazy IPA," Kyoto Brewing Company's "Ichigo Ichie," TKBREWING's "#442 Hop Randezvous," REPUBREW's "A Drop of Sake, a Drop of Blood," Yellow Monkey Brewing's "HANA YUZU," "BarrelAgedCranberey," and "UTUROI," Nori's Beer's "Fruity and Easy to Drink," and Yokohama Beer's "SuperSonicSpeedSour," creating a well-balanced lineup of IPA, pale ale, saison, sour, and fruit-forward beers.
