Baeren Brewery (Morioka, Iwate Prefecture) will exhibit at the "Great Iwate Exhibition" held on the 8th floor of the Main Building of Nihombashi Takashimaya S.C. The event runs from Wednesday, April 1, to Monday, April 6. Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and on the final day until 6:00 p.m.

In a post, the brewery said it will line up a record-high total of 14 draft beers this time. The selection is set to include its standard "Classic," the world-award-winning "Schwarz," the world’s second-place "TG Pilsner," the popular "Alt," a limited "Rye Beer," a collaboration beer with Mikkeller, "Ichinote no Saison," "Onmen Broi," and "Morioka Apple Dry Cider."

One of the highlights this time is the "Iwate Exhibition Limited Beer." This special beer was brewed specifically for the venue, will be available in limited quantities, and will be served from the opening day. The brewery also says it will share information about the start beer and the limited beer on social media during the event.

Merchandise will also be extensive, including the event mug that changes design every year, a Mikkeller collaboration T-shirt, souvenir shirts, and growlers with the Baeren logo. In addition, it will offer a "draft beer takeout can," which fills a can with draft beer on the spot. Bottled beer, canned beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available, and shipping will be supported.

In addition, a set featuring "two draft beers plus sausage" will also be offered. Baeren Brewery is based in Kitayama, Morioka City, and is known for traditional beer-making that inherits old German brewing equipment. Among the event’s selection of Iwate food and local products, it should be a chance to enjoy the brewery’s wide-ranging lineup directly.
