Tasting IPAs in Yumegaoka on June 13
On June 13, YUMEGAOKA SUNDAY BREWING will hold a collaboration event with YYYard at Live Kitchen Soratos on the first floor of Yumegaoka Soratos: "Try Popular IPAs Side by Side! A Craft Beer Experience to Enjoy with Kanagawa Snacks." The tasting lineup includes five beers, including YSB's beer and beers from other breweries, and all are IPAs. Participants can learn the basics of IPA while checking out differences in aroma, bitterness, and flavor.
Enjoying them with Kanagawa ingredients
At the venue, YYYard will provide three kinds of snacks made with ingredients from Kanagawa Prefecture. The lineup includes a freshly made item featuring additive-free, handmade sausage from Hiratsuka. The event is structured with beer pairings in mind. Brewery tours are also part of the event, making it a chance not only to drink, but also to see where beer is made.
YSB's local connection
YUMEGAOKA SUNDAY BREWING operates on the first floor of Yumegaoka Soratos as a craft brewery created by everyone in the Yumegaoka community. On the Soratos side, YYYard is being run as a "local food market themed around Kanagawa Prefecture," making this a well-matched event that connects local food with craft beer. Capacity is 20 people, and the participation fee is 3,190 yen per adult, tax included. Starting with IPA, this is an event where you can enjoy a local food experience unique to Yumegaoka.
