New tap

Beer Space on Tap has added Beeren Classic from Baeren Brewery in Iwate. The beer is a Dortmund-style lager at 6% ABV and 26 IBU, described as having a malty depth, a refined hop bitterness, and a crisp finish. The brewery presents it as its flagship lager and notes that it has won gold at the World Beer Awards.

What's on tap

The bar's lineup for the day featured 10 taps as part of its sixth-anniversary month promotion. The list included Nagisa Beer's India Pale Ale, FARMENTRY's Tiny, Yokohama Brewery's Seya Wheat Beer, Free Spirits Brewing's Roku and Roku (Nigami Arawa), Ise Kadoya Beer’s Brown Ale, Shiokaze Blue Lab's Mango Impact, Yumegaoka Sunday Brewing's Monday Chill Hazy, and EGRET BREWERY's Anniversary Four. The shop noted that Anniversary Four was close to kicking, so it was likely moving quickly.

Venue feel

Located in the basement of Kobe Plaza Hotel in Motomachi, the pub is presented on Instagram as a non-smoking beer bar that welcomes solo guests. The tap list leans from classic lager to hoppy IPA, wheat beer, and hazy styles, making it an easy stop for a weekday pint or a more deliberate tasting session.
