According to an Instagram post by Miyazaki Hideji Beer (March 6, 2026 at 20:00), company staff will participate in the "Miyazaki Fermentation Festa" held on Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22. The venue is MRT Mic Diamond Hall in Miyazaki City, and event hours are 11:00-19:00 on the 21st and 11:00-18:00 on the 22nd.

The post also announced advance tickets for sale (2,000 yen / five 500-yen coupons). They are sold at the company's two directly operated stores in Miyazaki City (`@hidejibeer_in_harow`, `@kc_stand_miyazaki`), and the post also mentions reservation/hold requests. Advance tickets are limited in quantity, but same-day admission is also available.

On the day of the event, in addition to fermented foods such as miso, soy sauce, and pickles, shochu, wine, and craft beer will be on hand, and the "MIYAZAKI SAKE FES" will be held at the same time. Cooking demonstrations and lecture programs are also planned, making this an event designed not only for tastings but also for enjoying fermentation culture itself.

Hideji Beer Mukabaki Brewery is a brewery based at the foot of Mount Mukabaki in Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture. According to official information, it has continued brewing with an emphasis on local character, including the use of underground spring water filtered through granite and its "Miyazaki Agriculture Support Project," which makes use of local products. Founded in 1996 and relaunched as a new corporation in 2010, its participation in a local fermentation event like this can be seen as a natural extension of its efforts.
