Nomcraft Brewing has announced that it will participate in Awa Awa Hour 2026, held at Toyohashi Machinaka Hiroba and the first floor of emCAMPUS in Toyohashi, Aichi. The two-day festival is scheduled for September 19 and 20, 2026.
In its Instagram announcement, Nomcraft Brewing noted that one of its team members is originally from Toyohashi and wrote that he would naturally be present at the event. For the brewery, which is based in Aridagawa, Wakayama, the festival offers an opportunity to serve its beer in a city with a personal connection to its team and to meet beer drinkers in the Tokai region.
Breweries and food vendors from across Japan
Awa Awa Hour 2026 will bring together 13 breweries from around Japan, from Iwate in the north to Okinawa in the south. Visitors can use event tickets to compare beers from different regions and discover each brewery’s individual style. The food lineup includes nine vendors serving sandwiches, curry, pizza, mixed offal dishes, saury, udon, and other foods designed to pair well with beer.
The festival runs from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on September 19 and from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on September 20. The venues are Toyohashi Machinaka Hiroba and emCAMPUS 1F, located on Ekimae Odori 2-chome in Toyohashi. Advance tickets cost ¥2,000, while same-day tickets cost ¥2,200. Each ticket includes eleven ¥200 beer and food tokens.

Nomcraft Brewing operates from a renovated former nursery school in Aridagawa and is working to build community through craft beer. Its international, relocation-based team brews a range of beers, from hop-forward American styles to classic styles, with drinkability as a central focus.
