A Spring Tradition at Morioka's Brewery

Baeren Brewery is a craft beer maker with its headquarters brewery in Kitayama, Morioka City. Using vintage equipment relocated from southern Germany, it continues to brew handmade beer by master brewers while carrying on brewing-room techniques that date back more than 100 years. The newly announced "Spring Fest 2026" is a spring event to be held at a special venue on the brewery grounds.

Advance Tickets, with the Venue on Brewery Grounds

According to the published information, the main event will run for three days, from May 3 to May 5, at a special venue on the grounds of Baeren Brewery. Tickets are advance-sale only at 2,800 yen per day, and in principle no same-day tickets will be sold. Beer mugs are not included, and bringing your own mug is allowed. Event mugs will also be available for purchase.

In terms of access, no parking will be provided, and the use of public transportation is recommended. A paid shuttle bus is also scheduled to run from in front of Morioka Station West Exit Marios, making it easy to get from Morioka Station to the venue.

A Pre-Event and an Extension Round Too

A pre-event will be held on May 2 ahead of the main event, and this can be enjoyed without advance tickets. Beer will be sold by the glass, and food vendors are also planned. In addition, an "extension round" is set for May 6, with the same by-the-glass beer sales and food offerings.

At the pre-event, there will also be a small-group program featuring a 30-minute factory tour + 60 minutes of all-you-can-drink led by Sales Manager Tsukasa, limited to 10 people per session. It is designed to let participants experience Baeren's brewing site from much closer range.

An Event Design That Feels Like Baeren

Baeren is a brewery that keeps its direct sales shop and tour room open every day except the year-end and New Year holidays, offering beer in a way that includes the place where it is enjoyed. This Spring Fest can be seen as an extension of that approach. It is an event that naturally conveys Baeren's character: enjoying freshly brewed beer together with Iwate food in the atmosphere of the brewery.
