Far Yeast Brewing has launched a new service exclusive to its official online store, called the "custom order service." It lets customers choose products shown in the list one bottle at a time and freely mix and match up to 12 bottles per order, with free shipping no matter how they combine them.

Using it is simple. From the online store menu, go to "Custom Order," then just select the items you want one by one from the list and add them to your cart. The appeal is that you can choose across the company’s wide lineup, from the standard `Far Yeast`, to `馨和 KAGUA`, which is designed with Japanese food pairings in mind, to `Off Trail`, known for its adventurous approach, to `Azeotrope`, which also handles spirits and liqueurs, and even limited brews that make use of Yamanashi agricultural products.

For now, shipping will operate with orders closing every Friday at 8:00 a.m. and shipments going out the following Wednesday. For example, an order placed on Wednesday will ship the Wednesday of the following week, while an order placed Friday evening will ship on the Wednesday of the week after next. If a scheduled date falls on a holiday, the company will move it earlier, and because time is needed to prepare orders before shipment, requested delivery dates are not accepted.

Payment methods include convenience store payment and QR code payments, among others. Shipping conditions differ somewhat by area, so customers should check the guidance when placing an order.

Far Yeast Brewing, which operates its source brewery in Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture, is known for limited brews that make use of local resources and for developing brands with distinct identities. This new service looks like a convenient option for people who want to sample a wide range of its beers in small quantities or build their own preferred combinations.
