A new pairing option at a station-connected beer pub

Yokohama Bay Brewing Yokohama Front has added “Squid Tentacles with Grated Yam” to its Today's Recommend menu from September 29. The dish uses tentacles from Japanese flying squid produced in Aomori Prefecture, topped with fluffy grated yam seasoned with dashi. Its slightly rich flavor is designed to pair well with beer and other drinks.

The tap list centers on Yokohama Bay Brewing’s own beers, including Bay Pilsner, Saaz419, Tag Lager, Bay Helles, Bay Dark, Bay Weiss, Yuzu Weiss, Weekend Journey, Classic Is New, Team Up IPA, and Heavy Climb.

Other taps include Pale Ale and Imperial Stout from Craft Beer Base, Far Yeast IPA from Far Yeast Brewing, Festbier from Baeren Brauerei, Schwarz and Mango Sour Ale from Shonan Beer, Moon Changes and Punishes You IPA from REPUBREW, Hazy Wave ver.2.0 from BLACK TIDE, and Dark Matter IPA from Uchu Brewing. Pilsner Urquell is also available, giving guests a broad choice ranging from crisp lagers to stouts, IPAs, and sour ales.

Located on the second floor of THE YOKOHAMA FRONT, the pub is directly connected to Yokohama Station, making it convenient even on rainy days. Guests can enjoy a rotating selection of craft beers with a substantial food menu, or pair the new squid-and-yam dish with a beer selected from the day’s taps.
