A new destination in Kosuge
Far Yeast Brewing will grand open The Far Yeast Beer Adventure, a mixed-use beer venue next to its brewery and headquarters in Kosuge Village, Yamanashi, on March 28, 2026. The facility had been operating as a pre-opening venue since November 2025, with the concept refined through visitor feedback.
At the center of the experience is a self-serve tap system featuring 16 craft beers, allowing guests to sample small pours in 1 ml increments and compare styles at their own pace. The venue also includes a kids' space, plus non-alcoholic beer and coffee for guests who are not drinking alcohol.
Food service focuses on burgers built around local ingredients. With Roadside Station Kosuge and Kosuge-no-Yu nearby, the location is designed for easy village-wide exploration alongside a meal or beer stop. The site also offers brewery tours with burger lunches and hands-on original beer brewing sessions, making it a place to experience more than just drinking.
Far Yeast Brewing has long positioned itself around restoring diversity and richness to beer. By linking craft beer with local resources in Kosuge, this new venue extends that mission into a tangible, visitable experience.
