BEER SPACE on Tap, a craft beer pub in Kobe’s Motomachi district, has added Sweet Strawberry from Noboribetsu Local Beer Onidensetsu to its tap list. The fruit beer is 6.5% ABV and 12 IBU.
The beer is described as aromatic and fruity, with a ripe strawberry character, gentle sweetness, refreshing acidity, and a clean finish. A new strawberry puree is used, including strawberries from Toyoura in Hokkaido. Compared with the previous batch, this version is said to be drier and brighter, making it approachable for both craft beer fans and drinkers who do not usually choose beer.
The current lineup also includes HOUSE LAGER 3.02 Sankei Nishiki from Shiga Kogen Beer, Wu-Xiang Red Ale from CRAFT BEER BASE, AGARACRAFT PALE ALE from Wakayama Brewery, Tropical Hop Weiss from Hansharo Bia, Relax from Uchu Brewing, and ROKU and Nigami Arawa from Free Spirits Brewing. Relax is reportedly close to being finished.
