The spring edition of Miyazaki Oktoberfest will be held for the first time at Amu Hiroba in front of Miyazaki Station. The event runs from Thursday, March 19, 2026, to Sunday, March 29.

From Hideji Beer, staff from Kyushu Craft Stand will take part. Drawing on the Oktoberfest culture of Munich, Germany, this time the event will be held as the earliest-in-Japan spring edition. In keeping with the serving sizes of German beer, Hideji Beer is also planned to be served in large sizes at the venue. For craft beer fans who want to really drink, it looks like an especially notable event in both quantity and flavor.

The planned draft beers will rotate daily through six varieties (the guide lists them up to Tap7). The lineup includes Taiyo no Lager, Hyuganatsu, Hop Biyori, Kinkan Weizen, Stout, and Miyazaki Grapefruit White Lager, plus the first-ever Tege Lemofuru. The food selection is designed with beer pairing in mind, including Beer Shop Fried Chicken, an assortment of five sausages, and the local specialty mehikari fish and chips.

Hideji Beer Mukabaki Brewery is a brewery that has been making beer at the foot of Mount Mukabaki in northern Miyazaki Prefecture, continuing to brew with high-quality natural water and its own cultivated yeast at the core. Its commitment to quality while making use of local character should let visitors experience a distinctly Miyazaki beer at this event as well.
