Hideji Beer was founded in 1996 and relaunched in 2010 as the new company Miyazaki Hideji Beer Co., Ltd. In the natural surroundings of Mukabaki-cho, Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture, the brewery continues to brew using natural water and its own cultured yeast. In recent years, it has continued to build a strong reputation for quality, with "Taiyo no Lager" winning a silver medal at the World Beer Cup 2023. This event should be a chance to once again appreciate the appeal of "a beer enjoyed on site."
