New course from August 10
Mojiko Beer Workshop in Moji, Kitakyushu, announced on Instagram that its popular all-you-can-drink course will be updated from Monday, August 10. The restaurant is positioning the offer as an easy choice for summer dinners, small parties, and group get-togethers, with Mojiko Beer at the center of the experience.
Mojiko Beer is a craft beer brand rooted in the Mojiko Retro district. According to the official site, the brewery emphasizes the flavor of beer in its most natural form, producing small batches without pasteurization or filtration. The core lineup includes Weizen, Pale Ale, Pilsner, and Sakura Beer, with seasonal and limited releases such as Amakusa Shiranui Weizen also offered.
Food built to pair with beer
Reservation sites currently list the all-you-can-drink course as available for two or more guests, priced at JPY 6,500 per person with 90 minutes of free drinks and six dishes. The structure includes appetizers, salad, sausage and buffalo wings, a stone-baked margherita pizza, a meat course, and pasta, making it a straightforward option for people who want both beer and a full meal.
That approach fits the brewery’s long-standing style. Mojiko Beer has focused on beers that complement food rather than overpower it, with malt aroma and a balanced bitterness that work well alongside grilled meats and baked dishes. In that sense, the August 10 update is less a flashy change than a practical refresh of a course designed for how people actually drink and eat together.
Set in Moji, a port district known for its retro streetscape, the brewery continues to offer a local beer experience tied closely to the area. For visitors and locals alike, the new course looks like a convenient way to enjoy Kitakyushu’s craft beer culture in one sitting.
