PEDROLINO in Osaka serves fig-topped Napoli-style tacos and two draft beers
PEDROLINO, a beer pub in Osaka’s Andoji-cho, highlighted its “Napoli x fig tacos” made with seasonal figs. The tap list featured ギラヴァイツェン from 門司港ビール and Dry Hopped Foeder Saison Vintage2023 from Anglo Japanese Brewing.
PEDROLINO in Osaka is a beer pub that pairs Italian-leaning food with a thoughtful draft lineup. In its latest Instagram post, the shop introduced a seasonal “Napoli x fig taco” built around fresh figs.
The taco is based on Napoli-style Genovese, a version made without basil and cooked by slowly caramelizing onions with beef and pork. Fresh figs and balsamic sauce add sweetness and acidity, all wrapped in a house-made corn tortilla. The idea reworks the classic carnitas-avocado-lime formula into an Ita-Mex plate with a clear identity.
The day’s On Tap list included two beers:
- ギラヴァイツェン (門司港ビール / Fukuoka), new on tap, ABV 5.0%
- Dry Hopped Foeder Saison Vintage2023 (Anglo Japanese Brewing / Nagano)
It is a compact but characterful lineup, and it fits a bar that treats food and beer as part of the same experience.
