RRAAP Brewery is in Shonandai, and it’s Fujisawa City’s first craft beer brewery. What’s more, it’s a place where a brewery and a cheese workshop are integrated into one.

Their signature trio is 'Shonandai Lager,' 'Shonandai IPA,' and 'Shonandai Stout.' They all carry the 'Shonandai' name, which really feels like they’re representing the town. The IPA is said to be aromatic and never boring, the lager is crisp, and the stout is rich but finishes clean.

And another thing: they recycle the spent malt from brewing as fertilizer for their own farm. They make beer, use the byproducts to grow vegetables, and then use those vegetables in their food. It’s a full cycle.
