The beer pub Evolve Beer&Kitchen, located in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, at the foot of Tokyo Skytree, has announced its tap list for May 28. In the post, the shop said there was "no change to Today's Special & BEER TAP LIST," while marking items that were running low to show availability. It is a scene that fits the venue well, with craft beer at the center and food to enjoy alongside it.

For the day, the lineup was centered on Minoh Beer. In addition to the standard "Pilsner," the taps featured "MASAJI PROJECT 'SEYA!!'," "Momo Weizen - Shimizu Hakuto ver.," "Yuzu Hoppo White," "MUGICHA BITTER," "Nice Bitter," "Kozaru IPA - Nitro ver.," "Osaru IPA," and "Barrel Aged Imperial Stout," making it possible to compare a wide range of styles all at once. Also on tap were Y.MARKET BREWING's "Lupulin Nectar" and, as a staple from the can-and-keg regular slot, "Kuro Label."

Particularly notable were the items marked as low in stock: "MASAJI PROJECT 'SEYA!!'," "MUGICHA BITTER," and the near-sold-out "Kozaru IPA - Nitro ver." and "Osaru IPA." If you want to target the popular beers, an early visit seems wise. With everything from fruity wheat beers to bitter beers, IPAs, and barrel-aged imperial stout, the lineup makes it easy to build a drinking flow from the first glass to the last.

On the food side, the menu included sashimi of sea bream from Ishikawa Prefecture, an assorted o-banzai platter, skewerless negima, shijimi clam bihun noodles, and soupless spicy dandan noodles, giving plenty of room to enjoy pairings with beer. The interior has the relaxed atmosphere of a beer pub where anyone can casually drop in, making it a good place to take it slow with spice dishes and the day's snacks.

The post also mentioned upcoming plans, including an Okinawa FOOD Fair starting around mid-June, a Y.MARKET BREWING TAP TAKEOVER on July 4 and 5, and Evolve's 5th anniversary event on September 5 and 6. For now, this day's tap list is the best way to see the strength of the venue's fixed Minoh Beer lineup.
