Setouchi Brewery, which operates a brewery in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, is a craft beer brand that handles everything in-house, from planning to brewing and shipping. What was introduced on Instagram this time was new-arrival information for the memorable "UDON BREWING" series, both in appearance and naming. In the post, the brewery shared a lineup for early summer, saying that new faces had joined the popular udon-style beers that are also popular as gifts.

The three newly announced beers are:

- Kakiage Udon
HAZY IPA, ABV 6.5%. A mellow, rich design layering the intense mango aroma derived from Mango Madness yeast with coconut-like hop aromas.
- Sudachi Udon
SOUR ALE, ABV 6%. Combines a large amount of sudachi juice with lactic fermentation, and is characterized by the smooth throat feel of Kagawa-grown wheat.
- Yuzu Oroshi Udon
Announced as a restock. HAZY IPA, ABV 6.5%. A refreshing beer that pairs the silky mouthfeel of Kagawa-grown wheat with yuzu juice and citrus hops.

The post also noted that, including the existing Kamatama Butter Udon and Tanuki Udon, the lineup now totals five varieties. UDON BREWING is a series that translates udon culture directly into beer, and it conveys both local character and playfulness. Setouchi Brewery's core approach to making things, rooted in the feel of the Setouchi region and Kagawa's character, comes through clearly in both the naming and the taste.
