Beer Cafe VERTERE to Release Inkhorn Brewing Collaboration Pack on March 27
Beer Cafe VERTERE in Tokyo's Okutama will release the collaboration pack "Inkhorn Collaboration Pack" with Inkhorn Brewing starting at 12:00 p.m. on March 27. The three-bottle set combines a fruity sour, a single-hop IPA, and a DIPA.
Based in Okutama Town, Nishitama District, Tokyo, Beer Cafe VERTERE has announced a collaboration pack with Inkhorn Brewing. The new "Inkhorn Collaboration Pack" will be released from 12:00 p.m. on March 27. It also includes guidance to VERTERE's online shop, and is drawing attention as a limited-edition set.
The lineup consists of three varieties. It includes two bottles of Viburnum / Boysenberry Sour w/White Chocolate, one bottle of Spinosa / Single Hop IPA, and one bottle of Magnolia / DIPA. With styles ranging from sour to IPA to DIPA, it is easy to compare them side by side within the same pack. Because it lets you enjoy the differences in fruit character, hops, and body all at once, it offers the kind of variety fitting for a collaboration project.
VERTERE is known as a brewery surrounded by Okutama's nature. On its official website as well, it emphasizes its approach of choosing a location a little away from the city center and making beer in a calm environment. Its theme is "who you drink with, where, and how." That way of thinking is also clearly reflected in a pack that brings together multiple styles like this one.
Based in Okutama, VERTERE has also been expanding its presence in central Tokyo. This collaboration pack lets you check the brewery's design philosophy and its pairing with Inkhorn Brewing all at once. If you're interested, you'll want to check it out at release time.
