Evolve Beer&Kitchen, a beer pub in Mukojima, Sumida, posted its Aug. 4 tap list. New arrivals include Yutoten Brewing's Can I Kick It? and Ushitora Brewery's Kanmuryo, while Minoh Beer’s KOMPAS also landed in bottles.
Evolve Beer&Kitchen, the beer pub in Mukojima, Sumida Ward near Tokyo Skytree, posted its tap list for August 4. The shop was open from 17:00 to 24:00 that day, and the lineup once again shows the range that makes EVO a reliable stop for beer and food.
New taps and the current lineup
The two new kegs are `Can I Kick It?` from Yutoten Brewing, listed as a Czech Pale Lager, and `柑無量` from Ushitora Brewery, a Session IPA. That gives drinkers a clean lager option alongside something lighter and more hop-forward. The rest of the board includes `SAYAKA` (B.M.B Brewery / Wheat Ale w/Hebesu), `PLUM GOSE` (Minoh Beer / Fruits Gose), `Zela` (VERTERE / Pomegranate Sour), `Throw back` (Y.MARKET BREWING / Dark Mild), `HEY, PORTER` (G-Brand Beerers / Robust Porter), `Glide Drive` (NORTHISLAND BEER / West Coast IPA), `トロピカル熱視線` (Kyoto Brewing / Tropical IPA), `HOME TOWN ALE -ナイトロver.-` (U.B.P Brewery / English Pale Ale Nitro ver.), and `黒ラベル` (SAPPORO / Lager).
Bottle beer and food pairings
Bottle service also picked up `KOMPAS` from Minoh Beer. On the food side, the kitchen was serving dishes such as madai carpaccio, fresh wakame namul, okra with dashi, pork belly lettuce rolls, EVO-style chicken bites, and curry tsukemen-style cold noodles. The mix fits the venue’s spice-leaning kitchen and makes it easy to pair a pint with something from the stove.
The post also mentions upcoming anniversary events and a Novoru Brewing tap takeover later in the year, which suggests the tap board will keep changing quickly. For beer fans in Tokyo, this is the kind of place worth checking early and often.
