Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Sumida, Tokyo, has released its Today’s Tap List for September 17. The beer pub, located near Tokyo Skytree, is pouring nine craft beers covering a broad range of styles, from crisp lagers to hop-forward IPAs and a smooth dark ale.

A highlight is “KOZUKOZU,” a fifth-anniversary beer from Evolve and Homi Hanto Brewing, presented as a Brut Lager. The list also includes HARVESTMOON’s “Pilsner,” Y.MARKET BREWING’s French Pils “Frais Pils,” and Brasserie Knot’s Helles “AWA.”

For a fruit-accented sour, Novoru Brewing’s “SOUR TIME! Hyuganatsu ver.” offers a bright citrus direction. VERTERE’s “Osumunda” brings a hazy IPA profile, while APE BREWING’s “Mogitate -Sudachi Infused ver.-” combines a West Coast IPA with Japanese sudachi citrus. Pizza Port’s “Summer Sunlight” adds another hop-focused option.

The darkest beer on the board is FARMENTRY’s “Dark Mild -Nitro ver.-,” served with the silky texture associated with nitrogenation. Evolve also serves spice-forward dishes, curry, and sweets, making the tap list well suited to pairing as well as tasting flights.

With its combination of rotating craft beer and food in a relaxed Mukojima setting, Evolve Beer&Kitchen is a destination for drinkers who enjoy exploring different styles. Availability may change, so checking the pub’s official updates before visiting is recommended.
