At the beer pub "Enibrew," located on the basement floor in Nakamozu-cho, Sakai City, Osaka, the draft lineup for April 11 has been announced. In addition to relaxing and drinking inside the bar, bottle sales are also available from 3:00 p.m., making it easy to choose between a drink after work and takeout. That flexibility is one of the shop’s strengths.

There are 13 draft beers on tap that day. A well-balanced mix of limited releases and regular offerings is lined up, including `HINATABOCCO ひなたぼっこ` (NUDE BEER), `風通し` (Karuizawa Q), `ネクタロンでござる` (BREWMIN’), `643` (Koshien Outfield Brewery), `Blooming IPA` (Minoh Beer), `French Pilsner` (Fujizakura Heights Beer), `URARAKAZE うらら風` (NUDE BEER x FLORA FARMENTATION), and `Snow Monkey IPA` (Shiga Kogen Beer).

What stands out in particular is `Minoh Stout Real Ale ver.` (Minoh Beer). A stout in real-ale form promises fine, delicate foam and a soft mouthfeel, making it a drink well suited to a slow evening. The range is broad, with everything from aromatic IPAs like `TAP5 : Blooming IPA` to easy-drinking pilsners like `TAP6 : French Pilsner`.

The standby and incoming kegs are also interesting, with names that make you wonder what will be connected next: `Amakusa Shiranui Weizen` (Moji Port Beer Workshop), `Flying Gecko` (Yamori-do), `Biscuit Hop` (Minami Shinshu Beer), `Kinki Pale Ale Real Ale ver.` (Noboribetsu Beer Oni-Densetsu), and `Indian Summer Saison` (Shiga Kogen Beer). Because the turnover of draft beers is fast at this place, it seems likely that every visit will bring a different lineup.

Enibrew opens from Tuesday through Sunday at 6:00 p.m. It’s a spot worth checking out on a night when you want to take your time and follow the craft beer lineup in Nakamozu.
