14 Draft Beers Rotating at a Beer Pub in Gotanda

The Grafton Beer Pub & Restaurant (Nishi-Gotanda, Tokyo) has published its "Today's Craft Beer & Cider on Taps" for April 16. With a lineup spanning imported staples, domestic craft beers, and cider, it offers a selection that, true to a beer pub in Gotanda's basement, is well suited to lingering over with a meal.

On draft are classics such as Guinness, Heineken, Hoegaarden, and Magner's Cider, plus Sanktgallen's YOKOHAMA XPA Real Ale, Ikari Brewing's Irish Red and Scottish Brown Real Ale, COEDO Brewery's Marihana, Sheppey's 200CIDER, Amberd's Pale Be Back, Uchu Brewing's Galactic Path, Kakegawa Beer's Aperitif Pils, Teenage Brewing's SHOHEI Zen IPA, and Human's Beer SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER. The highlight is the strong showing of distinctive domestic beers.

From this day, the food menu has been changed to pesto Genovese with octopus trofie and pork katsu curry. In addition, raw oysters, steak and kidney pie, fried bamboo shoots, firefly squid ajillo, and bonito tataki salad are also listed, making it an easy place to visit not just for beer but for the food as well. In a season moving from spring into early summer, the pairing of refreshing pesto short pasta with draft beer is especially tempting.
