Nutori Brewing in Kawaguchi, Saitama, has been running "Haisai Nutori," a Golden Week event for enjoying Okinawan beer and food, from May 2 through 6. In an Instagram post published on May 3, it shared an update from the second day of the Okinawa fair, saying that Orion Beer and beers from Tsumugi, a brewery in Kumejima, were available on tap.

The food lineup incorporates Okinawan ingredients and preparations, including somen-style spare rib stew, carrot shirishiri, pork macaroni salad, mozuku, jushi rice, brown sugar peanuts, brown sugar toast, brown sugar crackers with ice cream, and Okinawan beer nuts. The day before, the spare rib stew reportedly sold out, and the brewery said it had increased production so more would be available this time.

For beer, it introduced its own new release, "Kumejima Getto" (Herb Belgian White), alongside "Yokope," "Ultra Nutope," "Kurosawa," "Nutopo," and "Nutori no Karan ~Blood Orange~." Guest beers included Orion Beer in a swing-kalan version, as well as "Mango Saison" and "Deep Sea Water IPA by Brewery Tsumugi."

Nutori Brewing is known in Kawaguchi for serving house-brewed beer and food, and it actively hosts in-house events and guest-chef collaborations. This Okinawa fair also emphasizes a space where beer and food can be enjoyed together, and guest-chef days are scheduled for May 10, 17, and 31.
