The brewery uses small tanks in a roughly 50-year-old apartment building, creating a varied lineup of house-made beers available both on site and for takeaway.
The brewery also serves what it calls “Jiyo Meshi,” a selection of nourishing dishes including homemade shumai, game meat and seasonal home-style plates. Guests can pair the beers with food in the brewery’s adjoining space. The venue is also home to Akahana Library, a private library operated through a one-box ownership system.
