Nutori Brewing is a brewery that runs both brewing and an attached eatery on the first floor of a 50-year-old apartment building in a residential area near Kawaguchi Station. According to official information, it makes beers ranging from easy-drinking brews to slowly savored ones, incorporates local ingredients into adjuncts, and also works on regional circulation efforts such as making biscuits from spent grain. This latest operating notice also reflects its approach of bringing beer to people at a close, everyday distance.

The post also announced in-store events such as a guest chef day on May 31 and a morning market on June 14, strengthening its presence as a place to enjoy not only beer but also food and community events.
