SETOUCHI BEER, based in Takamatsu, Kagawa, has released SETOUCHI MINT GOSE. The beer is a Contemporary Gose at 5.0% ABV, priced at JPY 800, with a best-before date of February 2027.

The brewery says some of the mint used in the beer was grown by its own team, while salt from Kagawa Prefecture helps give the beer a strong sense of place. Mint is added in two stages, during the boil and again after fermentation, creating a layered aroma and a crisp, cooling finish. A base of pilsner malt and wheat gives the beer a smooth mouthfeel, while the acidity and mineral character keep the profile bright and structured.

SETOUCHI BEER operates from a brewery in Takamatsu and handles planning, brewing, packaging, and shipping in-house. That seasonal, place-driven approach is central to its identity, and SETOUCHI MINT GOSE fits neatly into it. The beer is available through the brewery's bottle shop, Riverside 351, and its online store.
