12-Tap Refresh at Anybrew in Nakamozu, Osaka; Six New Pours Including Maruef
At the beer pub Anybrew in Nakamozu-cho, Sakai City, the 12-draft-tap lineup was updated on March 20. From Asahi Draft Beer Maruef to selections from Ushitora Brewery and Shiga Kogen Beer, six varieties were newly tapped.
On March 20, Anybrew, a beer pub in Nakamozu-cho, Sakai City, Osaka, unveiled a refreshed draft lineup after a series of keg changes. The post announced, "A whopping six new taps!" and, with takeout also available, the venue is offering a broad range of beer styles.
TAP1 for the day is Asahi Breweries' Asahi Draft Beer Maruef. TAP2 is Ushitora Brewery's Hatopoppo Ale ~Hatomugi Mashimashi ver.~, and TAP3 is Yokohama Bay Brewing's Bay Pilsner. From pilsners to pale ale styles, even the first three pours already show distinct personalities.
The presence of the new taps becomes especially noticeable in the middle of the lineup. TAP4 is Banrikun Brewing's Live Weizen, TAP5 is Minami Shinshu Beer’s Golden Ale, and TAP6 is Shiga Kogen Beer’s Farmhouse Grisette. TAP7 is another Banrikun Brewing beer, the Amber Ale, while TAP8 is Oyamag B Beer’s Stout.
The second half continues with characterful selections. TAP9, Nikotensokuten, is BEPPU BREWERY's Cold IPA, and TAP10, Moon Bow Sheep, is NOMCRAFT BREWING's IPA. TAP11 is Swan Lake Beer’s Miel Blanc, and TAP12 is Yokohama Bay Brewing’s Uncle Rinne, finishing with a DDH Juicy IPA.
From a crisp pilsner and a toasty amber ale to a firmly bitter IPA, plus grisette and specialty beers, today's lineup offers a wide range of flavors in a single visit. For anyone planning to keep drinking craft beer around Osaka, Anybrew's keg rotation is not something to miss.
