Yellow Monkey Brewing, based in Yokohama, will release its new beer ICHIGOYA on Saturday, June 27. The beer uses 60 kg of Star Night strawberries from Ichigoya Atorie in Kofu, Yamanashi, and puts the fruit straight into the fermentation tank to express strawberry character as directly as possible.
