Saitama’s “Danchi Kitchen” Tajima (DANCHI BEER) announced on Instagram on March 11, 2026, that 6 of its 7 entries won awards at the Japan Great Beer Awards 2026 (JGBA2026).

The six award-winning beers announced in the post were the following.

- Silver: Sakurasou Hime
- Silver: Danchi no Amber
- Silver: Coffee Schwarz
- Silver: O-Grisette Ver.3.0
- Bronze: Sakurasou Craft
- Bronze: Danchi Bitter

The same six beers from the brewery can also be confirmed in the JGBA2026 prize list published by the Craft Beer Association (Japan Brewers Association), sorted by location and entrant. Their style designations are Field Beer, English-Style Brown Ale, Coffee Beer, Specialty Saison, Classic English-Style Pale Ale, and English-Style Extra Special Bitter, respectively, showing that the brewery earned recognition across a wide range, from English-style ales to more experimental pours.

The Instagram post also included planned serving dates. Sakurasou Hime is scheduled for both in-house service and takeaway; Sakurasou Craft is planned for in-house service around Golden Week; and Coffee Schwarz is scheduled for April service, both in-house and takeaway. Rather than ending the award news as mere "results," it also points to where drinkers can actually experience the beers, which feels very much in line with a brewery attached to a cafe.

"Danchi Kitchen" Tajima is a facility that combines a shared kitchen, cafe, and brewery. From this hub, where brewing and serving are closely tied to everyday local life, it will be interesting to see how these award-winning beers become established regular offerings.
