Kagoshima-based Ash Head Brewery has released the details of its collaboration event on Instagram. The post was published on February 8, 2026 at 12:02, with the title “___🍕🍺 Event Information 🍺🍕”. As its first-ever pairing, the brewery is co-hosting the event with PIZZA NEBBIA (@pizza_nebbia).

The event will be held on Saturday, February 21, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at TOORINIWA (3-12-33 Kokubu Chuo, Kirishima City). Food service will end once items sell out, and payment will be cash only (cash-on).

The day’s menu centers on handheld pizzas such as pepperoni and quattro formaggi, along with Italian snacks designed to pair with beer. The food lineup leans toward a fuller meal, including fried chicken coated with Ash Beer batter, vegetable marinade, and meatballs simmered in tomato sauce served with short pasta. For dessert, a chocolate cake topped with kumquat and dekopon confiture is also planned.

What stands out is that the event highlights the compatibility of craft beer and pizza while also taking non-drinkers into account. The post says Nebbia’s original carbonated juice will be available, and visitors who do not drink alcohol are welcome. In addition, food will be available for takeout, and craft beer will also be sold in bottles.

A local market event, "Hatsuichi," is also scheduled nearby on the same day, creating an easy way to enjoy the area while strolling around town. Ash Head’s directly operated store, ASH HEAD BEER Lab, is also scheduled to operate as usual that day. It looks like it will be a day when a Kagoshima local brewery broadens its connections by pairing up with the region’s food culture.
