Kawasaki-based craft brewery Pecora Beer has announced that it will participate in the Kawasaki Night Market and Kawasaki Soul Food Stalls, held from Friday, October 23 through Sunday, October 25, 2026.

The event will take place around the Kawasaki Festival Plaza in front of Kawasaki Le Front and along Cinecitta Street at La Cittadella. Local restaurants and food vendors will gather at the market, creating an evening setting where visitors can explore Kawasaki’s food culture while enjoying locally brewed craft beer.

Details such as the beer lineup, serving format, and exact booth location have not yet been announced. For beer fans, part of the appeal will be choosing a pour to match the event’s variety of regional dishes.

Pecora Beer is a small brewery based in Asao Ward, Kawasaki. It began releasing its own beers in 2024 and operates Pecora Beer Kitchen, a taproom attached to the brewery that serves up to nine house-made beers. Led by a brewer who holds professional beer-judging credentials, the brewery focuses primarily on American-style beers with clean, balanced profiles and a bold character.

The Kawasaki Night Market will bring together local food and beer in the heart of the city. With a Kawasaki-made beer in hand, visitors can experience how Pecora Beer’s fresh, expressive styles pair with the city’s soul food.
