Tapping a collaboration draft for Guest Chef Day
On May 17, Nutori Brewing in Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture, will hold a Guest Chef Day welcoming Asakusa's "Yuyu no Ie." At the event, the collaboration beer between the two shops, "Notoshiro-rie," is scheduled to be tapped on draft. Service hours are 2:00 p.m. to last order at 8:00 p.m.
Nutori Brewing has been making its own beer since February 2021 in a small brewing setup that makes use of a 50-year-old apartment building, and it is a brewery where guests can enjoy it both in-house and to go. In the adjoining space, it also serves "nourishing meals" that pair with beer, and it continues operating as a brewery rooted in the Kawaguchi area.
At this Guest Chef Day, in addition to Nutori's familiar taco chef, diner-style food by the guest chef will also be offered. The post says the day will be hosted by Yuyu and Nutori Koba as a double proprietress setup, making it an event where you can enjoy the collaboration beer and food together. It is an event where you can look forward to toasting inside the shop in time for the draft launch day.
