Derailleur Brew Works, based in Nishinari, Osaka, has published a post introducing five brewers who helped support the early development of beer brewing in the area.

Its name, “Derailleur,” means “one who leaves the track” in French, reflecting its commitment to ideas beyond conventional paths.

The brewery’s official lineup includes Nishinari Riot Ale, Citrus Sour Ale, Hazy IPA, Pilsner, Mix Juiced IPA, and West Coast IPA. Each beer is presented as having its own story, with the brewery using both flavor and label design to communicate the people and ideas behind it.
