A Taste of Derailleur Brew Works in Shibuya

Stand Umineko SiB100 is the Tokyo outpost of Derailleur Brew Works, a brewery known for its expressive beers from Nishinari, Osaka. Located in Dogenzaka near Shibuya’s Hyakken-dana area, the compact beer pub is suited to a quick drink, a solo visit, or a stop before or after dinner.

The featured lineup includes three contrasting beers:

- NEW WORLD'S END GIRL FRIEND: A lime golden ale with refreshing citrus acidity, gentle bitterness, and a subtle salty impression.
- SMASH BROTHER'S LOVER LIL BOI CRISIS: A SMASH IPA that puts the character of a single hop variety at the center, with a clear hop aroma and bitterness.
- 2470 FUNKADELIC CULTURE SCHOOL: An American IPA with a more assertive hop profile and greater depth than the golden ale.

The venue is arranged mainly for standing service. Taps and the order counter are on the first floor, while the second floor offers additional standing space and packaged beers. Its casual layout makes it practical for a quick tasting session or a second stop during an evening in Shibuya.

Guests who want to compare several beers can choose smaller pours and move from the bright, lime-led golden ale to the more hop-driven IPAs. The progression shows the range of flavors available from Derailleur Brew Works in one compact Shibuya stop.
