Yellow Monkey Brewing, based in Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama, posted its September taproom schedule on Instagram. The brewery builds its lineup around "Japanese Style Beer" and a mission to connect people through beer and sports.

Main dates

- Saturday, September 5 | Two new beers
- SHIBIRE: a Japanese Spice Ale brewed with budo sansho pepper from Wakayama Prefecture. YMB describes it as bright and aromatic, with a tingling spice and a touch of sweetness.
- UTSUROI: reborn as a Sake Umami Strong Ale, using sake yeast and Japanese fermentation culture. It was announced as the next batch after a beer that sold out following its reception at BEERVANA 2026 in Wellington.
- Saturday, September 19 | CHA-GASUMI collaboration beer
- A collaboration release marking the 100th anniversary of Nittoh Tea.
- September 19-23 | "I want to drink YMB again" reissue vote
- Drinkers will choose from four candidate beers drawn from YMB's seasonal and regular lineup. The winning beer will be brewed again and re-released in early December.

The September lineup combines new releases with a participation campaign. For a local Yokohama brewery, it is a clear example of how YMB mixes ingredients, fermentation, and community engagement.
