The new release stands out for its music-inspired concept and dense hop design.
Teenage Brewing released its new beer, “Fuzz Face,” on March 13, 2026. The style is Imperial IPA, and the alcohol content is 8.5%. According to the post, it is being offered from the same day to both wholesale accounts and general customers.
The name of this beer was inspired by the legendary fuzz pedal “Fuzz Face.” The brewery describes it as “a distorted aroma, a roaring Imperial IPA,” and highlights mango, Mosaic-derived berry notes, Nelson Sauvin’s white grape character, and Superdelic’s candy-like fruity aroma as the core of its bouquet. With a full body and layered aromas, it is designed to change impression as you keep drinking.
For pairing music, the brewery suggests Jimi Hendrix’s Are You Experienced and Pink Floyd’s Atom Heart Mother. This release once again showcases Teenage Brewing’s signature approach of connecting music and beer experience.
The brewery, based in Tokigawa, Saitama, is known for its original brewing centered on IPA and sour styles. While staying true to that context, “Fuzz Face” deserves attention as a new step forward as the brewery’s first Imperial IPA.
