Teenage Brewing, based in Tokigawa, Saitama, has unveiled Sugar Pack, the second special collaboration beer with the music project siraph. The beer is a Brown Ale with milk jam, clocks in at 8.0% ABV, and is already on sale through the fan club pre-sale, trade accounts, and the brewery's official online store.
The recipe was inspired by dulce de leche, the Argentine milk jam associated with Annabel's hometown. According to the release, the beer layers malt-driven toastiness with Teenage Brewing's house-made milk jam sweetness, while Columbus, Sabro, and Strata hops add another aromatic layer.
