Nutori Brewing in Kawaguchi, Saitama, has released its 'Today's Beers' lineup for April 19. According to its official website, the brewery has been using a 50-year-old apartment building since February 2021 to brew a diverse range of house-made beers in small tanks. At the attached 'Beer Shokudo Nutori,' the beers can be enjoyed with nourishing dishes that pair well with beer.

In this lineup, two beers made with Fujimi Saimai stood out as the highlights. No. 0 is Fujimi Saimai Lager, served on a swing-cock tap, and No. 1 is Fujimi Saimai Saison; both are marked NEW. The design appears to make the most of the lightness that comes from the rice.

The other house-made beers are:

- Hanasaka Nutori (Sakura leaf ale)
- Nuto-Po (Porter)
- Yokope (Fresh hop ale)
- Ultra Nutope (IPA)
- Kurosawa (Black sour)

In addition, guest beers from Ehime Hime Beer, Karan Hyuganatsu (Fruit ale), and Aichi Butterfly Brewery, Trombone (Coffee amber ale), are also available.

The post also notes that canned beer is on sale and that shipping within the region and off-site sales are available. Not only can you compare the beers on-site, but the lineup for the day also seems notable for how easy it is to take home bottles for yourself or as gifts.
