At Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Tokyo, the day’s business hours and tap list for May 30 were announced. In the post, along with hours from 13:00 to 24:00, 11 draft beers for the day were introduced.

The main focus for the day is Minoh Beer. From staples to spin-offs, the lineup includes Pilsner, MASAJI PROJECT "SEYA!!", Momo Weizen -Shimizu Hakuto ver.-, Yuzuho White, Nice Bitter, and Nice Bitter -Nitro ver.-. Including the Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout, it’s a lineup that lets you enjoy the brewery’s character all at once.

Also on tap are Y.MARKET BREWING’s "Lupulin Nectar," Totopia Brewery’s "Glitchphobia," Shiga Kogen Beer × oxbow × DOGFISH HEAD’s "Kind of Gold," and SAPPORO’s "Black Label." While centered on craft beer, the lineup is broad enough to carry you through to your last drink.

This shop is a beer pub in the Tokyo Skytree area, and its appeal is the chance to enjoy craft beer alongside food. The post also mentions that the grand menu is still being adjusted, including a revised salad service format, and the store continues to make it easier to choose dishes that pair well with beer.
