Tokyo's Sumida Ward Mukojima Evolve Beer&Kitchen has announced its tap list for May 31. In addition to craft beer, the shop also offers spice-forward dishes and homemade desserts, making it easy to enjoy a drink alongside a meal.

The new tap opening for the day is NAMACHAん BREWING's "Toriyaezu Nama! Brut Pale Ale ver.". It is a Brut-style beer that suggests lightness and a crisp finish, making it an easy choice as the weather turns hotter. Looking at the tap list as a whole, the selection ranges from citrusy and fruity styles to beers with firm bitterness, and even a higher-alcohol option.

At the center of the lineup is Minoh Beer, with multiple offerings:
- "MASAJI PROJECT 'SEYA!!'" pilsner
- "Momo Weizen -Shimizu Hakuto ver.-"
- "Yuzu Ho White"
- "Nice Bitter"
- "Nice Bitter -Nitro ver.-"
- "Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout"

This covers everything from lagers to fruit beers, bitters, and barrel-aged styles.

Other beers on the list include Y.MARKET BREWING's "Lupulin Nectar", Totopia Brewery's "Glitchphobia", Shiga Kogen Beer x oxbow x DOGFISH HEAD's "Kind of Gold", and the classic SAPPORO "Black Label". The lineup clearly shows the breadth of the beer bar, and it is easy to build a drinking flow from a light pilsner for the first glass to hop-forward IPAs or dark styles later on.

On the food side, the menu includes low-temperature seared gizzard sashimi, homemade kikurage mushroom kimchi, fried pork belly cartilage, tantanmen, curry, and desserts, so it can be enjoyed with beer alone or as part of a meal. It is a spot well suited to days when you want to compare beer styles while drinking your way through the Mukojima area.
