A return after four years

Minoh Beer, based in Minoh City, Osaka, is bringing back Vit Natt IPA, a Hazy IPA born from a collaboration with Swedish brewery BREWSKI. The beer returns with the recipe that was well received at its first release, making this a revival release after four years.

Minoh Beer is known for brewing with classic styles as its foundation while also producing a wide range of seasonal beers. That approach is reflected here as well: even in a cross-border collaboration, the brewery focuses on balance and drinkability.

The beer uses Citra and Azacca hops. Expect citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit and orange, layered with tropical aromas such as mango and passion fruit. Oats and wheat malt give the beer a smooth mouthfeel, resulting in a Hazy IPA that balances juiciness with a light, easygoing finish.

"Vit Natt" means "white night" in Swedish. The name evokes the pale, hazy color of the beer and the summer scenery of Northern Europe.
