Kagoshima Prefecture's Kirishima City-based Ash Head Brewery has posted its event schedule for the new fiscal year on Instagram. In the post, it said, "Please continue to support us in April," and announced that every Wednesday will feature all-day happy hour for app members.
The highlight is April 11's "Marumamen Kobo × ASH". Held at TOORINIWA, the event will unveil a pilsner made with rice from Marumamen Kobo. In addition to craft beer, including the new pilsner, the venue will also offer the workshop's original snacks. It is being presented as a chance to hear directly from the maker about his thoughts on rice cultivation and craftsmanship.
In addition, on April 18 it will take part in "Sasebo Quayside Tavern with Japanet Cruise". On May 12, ASH manager will host "Sweeet spot__. Coffee Day", where coffee and sweets will be served. Furthermore, on April 16 and 26, an event by "Ocha to Oyatsu Koh" will be held at ASH HEAD BEER Lab, and on April 26 it will also set up a stall at "Kirishima Garden Place."
Ash Head Brewery has consistently proposed pairings with food, coffee, tea, and sweets while centering beer in Kirishima. This announcement also suggests a desire to broaden the ways people enjoy beer through events both inside and outside the shop.
