Marumugi is a small beer bar located on the second floor of the Ichibankan Building in Arakicho, Shinjuku Ward. It is easy to reach on foot from Yotsuya-Sanchome Station, making it a convenient spot for days when you want to sit back and enjoy a relaxed glass. On the blog, the bar says that even on changeable-weather days, "the beer is well chilled, and we look forward to seeing you today as well," so it seems like a good place to stop by for a drink after work.

This lineup offers a wide range, from hop-driven IPAs to beers that bring out the flavor of barley, citrus-forward pours, and a golden ale that feels like early summer. It is the kind of day where comparing beers side by side makes the differences in flavor especially fun to notice.
